16th to Powell

To the girl I’ll only see once and forever:

Angry shrieking sounds of the underground make us rely on glances.  Your eyes, a smile. Just a moment, yet we know each other, can see our future.

The train stops. The doors open.

You’re outside when they close.

I could have said something, asked your name, got off the train.

Really, the details ruin everything.

At least we had 16th to Powell.
